Thomas Blair
Vice President of New Market and Channel Development

In his role as Vice President of New Market and Channel Development, Thomas Blair drives @Road toward new market opportunities through indirect channel strategies, strategic alliances, and relationships with independent software vendors and system integrators. Mr. Blair has more than twenty years of computer industry experience spanning a range of software lifecycle, sales and management roles. His career has led him to positions in North America, Europe and Asia, working with customers, partners and suppliers across a variety of industries.

Prior to @Road, Mr. Blair was Director of Business Development for enterprise software company iAnywhere Solutions, Inc., where he was responsible for relationships with mobility partners. As Managing Principal Consultant for Sybase Inc., he expanded the company’s global presence by setting up Sybase K.K. in Japan and similar subsidiaries throughout the Pacific Rim. He has also served as Managing Director for London search engine company ISDD Ltd., Vice President of EMEA for software vendor Clustra Systems, and Manager of European OEM Relationships for software vendor Autonomy Systems. He began his career with eight years in various engineering and research positions at Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Blair’s formal education includes a M.S. in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Management Information Systems.
