A Flexible Location-Based Service for Use with hand-held Devices

With @Road GeoManager PE (Pocket Edition), drivers’ GPS-enabled mobile phones serve as the mechanisms that deliver up-to-the-minute location information to the customer’s back office. Using this solution, customers can take advantage of the full array of @Road location based services and communication services both inside and outside the vehicle—wherever they have their mobile phone. This solution also allows drivers to attach an optional barcode scanner for managing work orders, inventory and invoicing.
