Premier Account Management Service is a for-fee high-level, detailed service for new and existing @Road customers. With this service, your organization is assigned a Premier Account Representative who is responsible for managing all aspects of your @Road operations, as well as interacting with @Road Technical Support as needed. Your Premier Account Representative becomes a part of your daily operations as your single point-of-contact for running and maintaining all @Road services and features as needed, including:

Reports
Daily functionality checks (for optimal operation of all installed units)
Landmarks (including batch uploads)
Communication services (messaging, voice, etc.)
Maintenance administration
Unlimited standard training
