Ian Gray

Ian Gray is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development for @Road and is responsible for aligning the people agenda with business priorities. Mr. Gray brings over 25 years of global management experience to @Road. He has managed and supported employee groups in the United States, Europe and Asia within dynamic growth organizations and across different industries, delivering HR programs that promote business and individual success throughout organizations. Mr. Gray’s early career growth was with Raychem Corporation in progressively senior European, US and worldwide HR roles. He has led the HR function at Business Objects, CellNet Data Systems and Allied Colloids plc. Mr. Gray has also consulted and presented on HR Strategy and best practice and has served on professional, industry and education bodies in both UK and US.

He has a BA in Economics from the University of Wales.
