Krish Panu, Chairman and CEO
Krish Panu is @Road’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership @Road has raised over $225 million and went public on September 28, 2000. @Road has been successful in becoming a leader in Mobile Resource Management, having increased its service revenues every quarter for the last ten quarters in spite of the continued challenging economic environment in the U.S. @Road was included in the Russell 2000 and 3000 Index in July 2002. In June 2003, The American Stock Exchange and The Chicago Board Options Exchange began trading options on @Road. In June 2001 and 2002, @Road was named by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal as one of Silicon Valley’s 50 fastest-growing public companies. @Road was ranked 10th based on its 939 percent revenue growth rate over the past three years. In August 2001, @Road received an award from Deloitte & Touche as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Silicon Valley and was also recognized as one of five “Rising Star” companies, which showed exemplary growth in a three-year period.

Mr. Panu’s career has spanned more than 20 years in technology companies. Prior to @Road, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Logic Products division of Atmel Corporation, a semiconductor manufacturer. He was responsible for managing engineering, manufacturing, software development and marketing groups as well as the corporate quality and reliability organization. During his seven-year tenure the company's revenue grew from approximately $100M to over $1.1 billion, and the wireless business increased to 42% of the company's business. Mr. Panu was also a key member of the management team which raised over $600M in both stock and bond offerings. Previous to Atmel, Mr. Panu had executive sales and marketing roles at Catalyst Semiconductor, Xicor and Datapoint Corporation, and, in addition, while at Atmel, Xicor and others he has initiated global operations centers around the world.

Mr. Panu is an active angel investor in building technology businesses. As a result of his long, successful experience, Mr. Panu has a broad and deep network of relationships in both the venture capital and entrepreneur communities.

Mr. Panu holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in computer engineering as well as an M.B.A. from Wayne State University in Michigan.

T. Peter Thomas, ATA Ventures
Peter Thomas is a Managing Director of the venture capital firm ATA Ventures. Prior to ATA, he was a General Partner of Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) for 20 years. He led the IVP investment in @Road and has served as a director of @Road since 1998. He has a engineering and technology background, having spent 14 years in various operating positions in high technology companies. His last operating position was with Intel Corporation where he served in strategic planning, marketing and engineering management roles. Prior to that, Mr. Thomas held a variety of engineering positions at Sylvania EDL and Fairchild Communications, a division of Fairchild Semiconductor.

Mr. Thomas emphasizes investments in early stage semiconductor, software, and communications companies. He is currently a director of two other public companies, Transmeta (TMTA) and Atmel Corporation(ATML). In addition he is presently a Director for a number of private companies.

Mr. Thomas has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Santa Clara.

Kris Chellam, Xilinx
Kris Chellam is Senior Vice President, Corporate and Enterprise Services, with responsibility for business and strategy development, information technology, real estate and Xilinx Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore. Chellam joined Xilinx in July 1998 and served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer until July 2005.

Prior to joining Xilinx in 1998, Chellam served as vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer at Atmel Corp. for seven years. Previously, Chellam worked for more than 12 years at Intel Corp. in a variety of financial management positions, in Europe and the United States.

Chellam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He completed his Cambridge Certificate of Education in Malaysia in 1968 and obtained his charted accountancy degree in London in 1975.

Charles Levine, Former President, Sprint PCS
Mr. Levine has more than 25 years' experience building profitable businesses for some of this country's largest companies. Over the years Mr. Levine has held a number of high-profile management positions. Most recently, Mr. Levine served as president of Sprint PCS, overseeing the fastest-growing wireless business in U.S. history. During his tenure at Sprint PCS, which included a three-year run as chief sales and marketing officer, Mr. Levine helped grow company revenue to $13 billion. He was also honored in 1999 by Marketing Communications magazine as "Marketer of the Year."

Prior to joining Sprint PCS, Mr. Levine served as senior vice president of services for Octel Communications Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Levine held executive-level positions at AT&T Corporation, General Electric Company and The Procter & Gamble Company. At these companies, Mr. Levine was responsible for the management, development and launch of new business units, products and services in the consumer and technology markets. These groups were consistently profitable and collectively generated hundreds of millions of dollars in new business.

Mr. Levine earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jim Davis, Senior Partner of Key West Technologies LLC
Jim Davis is currently a senior partner at Key West Technologies, LLC, a business-consulting firm. Previously recognized by Design News as one of the top 50 R&D scientists in the United States, Mr. Davis has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry.

Mr. Davis’ background includes 25 years at IBM, where he was Chief Technical Officer of the IBM PC Company Premium Brand, a Senior Technical Staff Member, and a member of the company’s Academy of Science and Technology. In addition, he served as a Director of Intel Corporation’s home computing laboratory, where he led a team that developed Intel’s wireless architecture for in-home communications and other technologies. Mr. Davis is also the recipient of the Electric Power Research Institute Innovators Achievement Award.

Jim sits on the Boards of Directors and Technical Advisory Boards of a number of public and private firms. Jim was a Visiting Scholar at Florida Atlantic University and holds a number of US and European patents in a diversity of technologies.

James (J.D.) Fay, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary, @Road
J.D. Fay is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for @Road. In these roles, Mr. Fay is responsible for the company’s strategic and alliance initiatives, the development of security, government and international business opportunities and general legal and governance matters. Prior to @Road, he was an associate at Venture Law Group practicing corporate and securities law for deal-intensive high-technology companies and their venture capital investors. Mr. Fay earned his law degree from Harvard Law School (cum laude) and bachelors degrees in international business and French from North Central College (summa cum laude). He is a recipient of The Wall Street Journal Award and was named a Student Laureate of Illinois. Additionally, Mr. Fay has been published in the Illinois Bar Newsletter on Alternative Dispute Resolution and has lectured on homeland security, mediation and tax-exempt entities.
