@Road Announces Agreement with Dexterra, Inc.

FREMONT, Calif. – February 9, 2006 – @Road®, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARDI), a global provider of next-generation solutions for Mobile Resource Management (MRM), today announced a strategic relationship with Dexterra, Inc., a leading innovator of mobile business software. By applying Dexterra’s mobile application development and integration tools, @Road seeks to accelerate the development of mission-critical next-generation on-demand solutions built on the @Road AppSmart™ MRM solution platform.

By making use of Dexterra technologies, @Road intends to leverage an adaptable business mobility platform and APIs that are designed to support a range of applications running on a variety mobile devices and operating systems, including Windows Mobile, RIM/Blackberry, Symbian, tablet PCs, laptops and Java devices like Palm. The mobility platform is also designed to enable use of form factor, input technology and network combinations with an intuitive common user interface that can more effectively extend mobile device functionality and empower the mobile worker to leverage existing investments in back-office business systems. Once deployed, businesses can more flexibly leverage @Road MRM solutions with a wide range of applications, hardware and networks.
