@Road® Appoints Vice President of Marketing
Industry Veteran Linda Standen to Lead Development of New and Expanded Mobile Resource Management Services
Fremont, CA -- January 14, 2003 -- @Road (Nasdaq: ARDI), a leading provider of location-enhanced wireless Internet solutions for mobile resource management (MRM), today announced the appointment of Linda Standen to vice president, marketing, a newly created position at @Road. Ms. Standen will report to @Road CEO Krish Panu. In this role, Ms. Standen will lead both the solutions development and marketing communications groups, whose combined mission is the development and promotion of new and expanded MRM services.
Ms. Standen joins @Road with more than 17 years' high-tech marketing and management experience. Previously, Ms. Standen served as president and CEO of Pacific Bell Information Services, a subsidiary of Pacific Bell. Additionally, she has held a variety of other management positions during her career, including serving as president and CEO of several privately held companies.

Ms. Standen holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and attended Harvard Business School.
