a.p.solve Appoints Diana Tucker as New Director of Marketing Communications

Diana Tucker's appointment marks the intensification of international marketing operations to service a.p.solve's growing customer base

14 January 2004: a.p.solve, provider of intelligent field workforce automation solutions, has appointed Diana Tucker as Director of Marketing Communications, to define and deliver the a.p.solve brand as the company intensifies its global expansion. Tucker will be responsible for the ongoing international communication of the a.p.solve brand as the company steps up its global expansion campaign in Europe, Asia and North America.

a.p.solve enables service providers to coordinate complex resources, delivering increasingly superior service to their customers at ever decreasing costs. a.p.solve's TASKFORCE software has been recently implemented by E.ON Hungary, to enable its mobile workforce to meet government imposed customer service benchmarks. TASKFORCE is also used by the world's biggest mobile workforce at BT, and has helped the company deliver significant improvements in customer service whilst reducing operational costs by up to 76%.

Prior to her appointment at a.p.solve, Tucker was Marketing Manager at self-service speech recognition solutions provider Syntellect Limited, where, as a member of the senior management team, she was responsible for devising and implementing the company's global marketing activities.

In addition, Tucker has experience in a number of Marketing Communications positions within large IT and telecommunications companies. Previously she headed up the marketing communications division at ADC Software Systems Division, after a number of years' experience at American Management Systems in the same role.

Commenting on her appointment Tucker said, "This is a very exciting moment to join a company that has a track record of delivering real business benefit to its customers in highly competitive sectors. Tough competition within market sectors that require a high level of resource management, demands a product that improves the overall customer experience whilst minimising costs. TASKFORCE is the only product in the market that can promise to deliver against these objectives, saving companies time and money whilst guaranteeing a high quality of customer experience.

She continues, "a.p.solve is aiming to redefine the phrase 'quality customer experience' and revolutionise the way in which companies deliver their services to their customers. It will be my role to drive the communication of this message to companies with complex resource management requirements globally, further underpinning a.p.solve's position as market leader and helping the company penetrate new markets and win new business opportunities.
