Chief Marketing Officer Appointed By a.p.solve

Stuart Potchinsky joins a.p.solve to drive strategic direction, improve brand awareness and increase sales in the international technology, telecoms and utilities sectors.

a.p.solve, provider of intelligent field workforce automation solutions, has appointed Stuart Potchinsky as Chief Marketing Officer to define and deliver the company's marketing strategy across its key market sectors. Potchinsky will play an integral part in the continuing growth of a.p.solve, identifying market opportunities both in the UK and across Europe, North America and Asia, reinforcing the a.p.solve brand.

a.p.solve's TASKFORCE enhances the way corporations with mobile workforces operate, redefining the customer service experience and achieving operational efficiencies whilst reducing costs and generating revenue through increased up- and cross-sell opportunities. The TASKFORCE solution has already helped international telecoms, 'multi-utility' and cable organisations, including BT, ntl, and E.ON deliver improved customer service, reduce operational control costs by up to 76% and achieve up to 36% field productivity improvements.

Potchinsky brings a long, proven track record of executing successful customer focused marketing and product marketing campaigns to a number of enterprise IT companies in the telecommunications space. Prior to his appointment at a.p.solve Potchinsky was Vice President of Product Marketing at international software provider StreamServe, where he was responsible for defining marketing strategy, owning the product roadmap and direction, and delivering a variety of sales tools with the objective of launching the company into new international enterprise markets.

In addition, Potchinsky has held a number of senior marketing and business development positions with large technology and telecoms companies. He was Director for all European product and marketing activities at Portal Software. Here he was responsible for defining and implementing product and company strategy for its core vertical markets, which included driving regional requirements into the core product development, developing the company's mobile market strategy and evangelising company messages to specific target markets.

Prior, he spent two years as Product Marketing Director at Sema Group, where he was responsible for creating and then delivering on the marketing and launch plan -- from product inception to market launch -- for one of its new flagship products.
