Field Service

Field Service Price Change

Effective immediately, Trimble provided Field Service charges (if any) for hardware installation, service, and repair have changed and will be reflected in your billing statement. As a lower-cost alternative to Trimble provided field service, Trimble offers additional options available to all customers. These options include:

1)     Contract Direct. Contract directly with a certified Trimble installer for your hardware installation and field service needs.

or

2)     Self-Service. Through this option, Trimble customers can save on installation, service and repair costs by servicing in-vehicle hardware on their own. Trimble will provide low-cost Web-based or on-site certification training as part of this option.
