Exception Services Overview

@Road Exception Services is a suite of reports/notifications for efficiently managing daily operations through event-based monitoring. Users are notified only when pre-defined parameters and thresholds are met. Each Exception can be delivered via online reports, E-mail, and/or a notification console. Exception Services are available to all GeoManagerSM subscribers (Firmware upgrade may be required).

Features:

  • Comprehensive suite of Exception Services is available. For example; Speed, Idle, Landmark, Zone, Stop (duration), Stop Count, Messaging, Temp Status, as well as many others
  • Allows business owners and managers to quickly identify events that are outside of “normal” business operations
  • Delivery of Exception Services can be sent to a PC, wireless enabled PDA, or SMS compatible mobile phone/pager
  • Users can select which mobile assets to monitor and the monitoring schedule for each Exception
