@Road Announces Second Quarter 2005 Release, Call and Webcast Information

FREMONT, CA – June 30, 2005 – @Road, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARDI), a global provider of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and intelligent field service automation solutions, plans to release its second quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, July 28, 2005.

The conference call with Krish Panu, @Road president and CEO, and Michael Martini, @Road CFO, is scheduled for Thursday, July 28 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. To join the call, please call 866-800-8648 or 617-614-2702 approximately 10 minutes before the start of the call. The pass code for the conference call is 82236345.
